Do not see to ibgp-multipath command.  When I talk about this command 
previously I imagine that you send vpn-ipv4 route from multiple BGP 
nexthop (ibgp-multihop do not applicable to the case with one BGP nexthop) .
So, instead use 'resolving tunnel ecmp value mechanism'  as Deven says.

Yes. But you actually must have two or more lsp between your point in 
MPBGP cloud.
