[alcatel-nsp] What is the default value of MBS on access queues?

Hi All,

Anyone have an idea what might be the default value of MBS/CBS on queues that are configured on SAP ingress/egress QoS policy?
>From the configuration guides, the default value is "default", which does not quite answer the question...
Would it be something that is MDA-specific, or some hard-coded value?
