[alcatel-nsp] alu 7750 slot does not initialise

Hi,
One of the  10port ethernet card in slot5   is failing to initialise in
alcatel 7750 box .
the confi is as below.. Error shown is "Equipped card-type mismatch
provisioned ". any help ?
