[alcatel-nsp] alu 7750 slot does not initialise

Hi,

One way to get around this (if you have provisioned everything up before you
notise the card-type mismatch) is :

1. FTP out the xxx.cfg-file
2. Modify the card-type in the xxx.cfg-file to the correct one
3. FTP back in the xxx.cfg-file
4. Reboot
