[alcatel-nsp] 7750 SR as Internet Peering Router

Hi Geir,

I've one customer in Indonesia which using 7710 SRc12 global routing and one
customer using 7750 SR7 under VPRN to peer to the upstream provider.

Currently handle more than 300K BGP active routes.
Customer looks satisfied, formerly they use couple M7i and looks
disappointed due to 1 GE interface(s) is not line rate
