[alcatel-nsp] 7210 SAS-M and BFD

Not yet but it is coming in the future, I believe early next year.   

The platform does support 802.3ah EFM, with a minimum msging interval of 500ms today.  So if you have an adjacent device supporting 802.3ah it can work similar to BFD.  However you can run into issues with intermediate equipment tunneling 802.3ah frames and it runs at the port level.
