[alcatel-nsp] 7750: MDA-XP and IOM2

Hi all.

Has anybody faced following message:

INFO: PIP #1264 Not enough queues to bind the port

when trying to configure network interface on port located on MDA XP 
(type: m2-10gb-xp-xfp inserted into IOM2-20G into SR-12 with SROS 6.1R9, 
no problems with m2-10gb-xfp)

Both port and interface configuration is default (new iom/mda inserted)
Any idea what else is needed in case of mda-xp ?

Tip: currently working with chasis mode a.
   (and able only to change into mode b - later in weekend maintenance 
window - still using IOM-20G-B in other slots).
