[alcatel-nsp] Can sap-egress policy remark dscp on L2 service?

Suppose I have a sap-egress policy with the following configuration

*A:r4>config>qos>sap-egress$ info
----------------------------------------------
            queue 1 create
            exit
            fc af create
                dscp af31
            exit
----------------------------------------------

If I apply this on a VPLS Sap will, it re-mark any traffic received in
the AF class (from its network interface) to af31? It doesn't seem to
work and I am questioning whether it is valid.
