As a quick example, you configure to memory as follows:
This is to config to view debug events:
A:NodeA# configure log log-id 22
A:NodeA>config>log>log-id$ from debug-trace
A:NodeA>config>log>log-id$ to memory
This is to turn on debug for SNMP:
A:NodeA>config>log>log-id$ /debug snmp info
A:NodeA>config>log>log-id# exit all
This is to generate a test SNMP event:
A:NodeA# tools perform log test-event
This is to see the content of your debug log:
A:NodeA# show log log-id 22

Subject: [alcatel-nsp] Logging SNMP traps locally on 7750 9.0
Hello,
Is it possible to see what traps a 7750 might send on certain conditions by logging them to the console or log file? In Cisco IOS, we used debug snmp packet. is there a similar functionality in Alcatel SR OS?
Thanks,
Bryan
