[alcatel-nsp] Redistribute OSPF into BGP on 7750 SR-7

I see...I will try your sample configuration, Eric. the reason why I have to
advertise all destinations in /24 is because this networks is a transit area
from outside before it thrown back into the outer again, just like a proxy.

Brian, tomorrow I will post the configuration.
