[alcatel-nsp] how to clear overload-on-boot

Hi,
this morning we had the issue of a rebooting 7750 which
had a overload-on-boot in its isis config.

I failed to find the way to clear the overload.

I instead removed the overload-on-boot and put
an overload timeout 60 in the isis config which
caused the overload signalling to disappear.

Is there a clear command for overload-on-boot?
