[alcatel-nsp] nssa no summaries problem

Hello all

Please not that I have encountered a problem in one nssa area
to optimize the ospf database in this area, i have configured the nssa no
summaries in the ABR, i check in the other routers in the nssa area, the
database was optimized, but i have the traffic impacted for a lot off
clients.

I check that default route was originated staticly and by ospf
the static route was routed to next hop that does'nt exist

should remove this static route to resolve the probleme
