[alcatel-nsp] Unable to SSH to ISAM 7330

Hi everybody!

Did anyone ever had an issue with being unable to SSH login to ISAM 7330 or
maybe even 7360 FX? did you solve it and how?

I'm experiencing it right now. Telnet works fine but not SSH. This
happened after one of our users got his vpn connection broken. One session
is still active and node is not allowing ssh login anymore.

Obvious solution is to reboot the entire system but that seems excessive
and frankly unnecessary.

I have tried to kill this session  with "admin session x disconnect:bye"
but it doesn't help. It doesn't seem to do anything. It feels like we need
to restart some process.
