[a-nsp] dhcp relay in evpn

Hi! Experts

I am testing dhcp relay in evpn/vxlan scenario and configured every leaf
switchess to relay dhcp messages to the server, but found that the dhcp
server received relayed messages from every leaf, I think it may be caused
by the dhcp discover message be flooding to every leaf and then be relayed
by every leaf.

Is it expected behaviour? I have thought it should only be relayed  by the
ingress leaf. Thanks .

Below is my dhcp relay configuration:

   vrf v101
   ip dhcp relay all-subnets
   ip helper-address 192.168.104.2 source-interface Loopback2
   ip address virtual 192.168.102.254/24
