Hallicrafter SX28 knobs

I am looking for any or all knobs for the Hallicrafters SX28 receiver.  I
have one or two of the small knobs but missing all the others.  I would like
to restore this receiver which seems to be in pretty good shap, just dirty
but didn't want to jump into this until I could find the knobs.  Why the
receiver was stripped of all it's knobs, yet is in good condition, just
dirty and is in a cabinet remains a mystery.  Nothing seems to have been
taken off of the receiver except for the knobs.  Thanks
