WTD: source for PIN diodes

I'm looking for a source for PIN diodes for my IC-765.  Quantity will be
about 40.

1st choice      Motorola MPN3700
2nd choice      Siemens  BAR17
3rd choice      H-P      5082-3081

Mouser and Digikey do not carry them.  Can anyone check Allied or Newark
please?
