Robert,
        Indirectly, by way of my 35d edition of the Motorola Data Book,
the 1N1184 (substitute for the 1N2155) is rated at 100V, 35A, which makes
it a hefty little fellow.  This is as close as I can come with what I
have on hand.  Hope it helps.
