     All index assemblies are 30-degree spacing, ceramic insu-
lation, and are supplied with the shaft nut, shaft washer, stop
washer, (2) wafer screws, (2) fiber washers, (2) lock washers,
and (2) nuts.  Ceramic spacers are sold separately.
