Triplet Meter Info?

Acquired a nice Triplet 630-PLK, Type 3 VOM.  Batteries missing, no manual.
 Relay inside with yellow button on the front.

Questions?

1.  Anyone have a manual?
2.  What are the required batteries?
3.  What is the relay/yellow button do?
