WTB: Main Tuning Knob for Viking II

I need the large crank-type main tuning knob that tunes the roller inductor
in a Viking II to further my restoration.  Does anyone have a parts rig or
perhaps a knob junkbox that might have one of them?  Also need two of the
smaller Johnson knobs for a 6N2 or 6N2 VFO.
