Summer Travel Plans?

Some time during Summer, I will be driving my pickup truck
from the Phoenix area to Southern California (LAX, SDG).
Presently I have payload capacity both directions for radio
gear...anyone have any ideas?

Generally, planning allows me to be in S Ca during my favorite
RTTY contest weekends, but this time maybe it could accidentally
coincide with a large hamfest flea market there?

Can someone provide details about Summer Hamfest Schedules for
S Ca since I'll be there likely a couple times (probably staying
in Buena Park, again).  I'm really only interested in *LARGE* events...
