Need S-40A Manual - or Copy

Hi,

  Co-worker has picked up a Hallicrafter S-40A and can't get it to work.
We need
manual so we can get it up and running.  Anyone out there have a manual
or copy of one.  Usual renumeration criteria apply.  Thanks
