CE 10B Available

I have a forlorn Central Electronics 10B SSB exciter that needs a new
home.
Rust appears on the cabinet, front panel screws, chassis top, and
transformer.
Top of the chassis has a generous supply of crud.
There is significant rust on the right chassis support. Most tubes are
missing. The
front panel has been modified - meter added for tuning, along with an
extra control
apparently for meter sensitivity.  Underneath the chassis, things are
clean (except
for cobwebs), rustfree, and appear to be complete.  I have never powered
this
thing up, and have no idea as to its electrical condition.
