For those who may not know, the BC-345  "RANGE-VOICE-BOTH" box was
used with the FL-5 filter.  RANGE selects the 1020 Hz tone modulation
and rejects everything else.  VOICE notches out the 1020 Hz tone
and keeps everything else.  And BOTH leaves out the filter.
Then there is a later development, the FL-8 filter, that is
self-contained in one box.
