DA-396 Dummy Load

Hi Guys:

Just acquired an air cooled RF dummy load.  It is about 24" long and 8
1/2" square.  It mounts vertically.  Kind of looks like a chimney.  Has
six 1" in dia. plug-in resistors that are almost as long as the case.
Has a two connection barrier terminal strip that appears to run to a
thermostat. Measures 50 ohms.

It has two tags.

First Tag:
DUMMY LOAD ELECTRICAL
DA-396/TLQ-15

Second Tag:
RF Termination
Model: 10932
Electro Impulse, Inc.

Anyone know what its from or just how much power it can dissipate?
