HP23 Heath Supply Conversion

I Saw  an article and don't  remember  were on the conversion of an HP23
for Collins  usage  on a KWM2  or  32S  series  xmtr...Help please
I  have 8 of  these supplys  that  could  help  out  some Collins  People.
