KWM-380 Repairs needed

Our military rec station (W3PQT) has a dead KWM-380 and it seems that
Collins no longer supports this radio.  Does anyone know of a place that
does Collins repair?  Collins recommended someone in the Cedar Rapids
area, I believe, but we have been unable to get an answer at the number
provided.  Unfortunately the repair funds will soon expire, so I must
get on with it!  Thanks for help.

BTW the problem is no RF on tx (probably finals), low sens on RX and no
CW Tx (this problem predated the loss of power output).
