AM-864/U "Limiter Amp"

Hi Folks:

Picked up a surplus AM-864/U "Limiter Amplifier".  Was wondering if
anyone knew anything about it or perhaps might even have the TM for it.
Don't really know if I need it or not but the price was very right so...
I kinda thought of using it with my T-368.

Any input as always greatly appreciated.
