ElectroVoice 664 Microphone

Hi All,

I picked up a nice ElectroVoice 664 microphone at the local hamfest last
Saturday.  The windscreen has a few wrinkles in it and I wanted to take the
assembly apart to fix it.  Tried and failed...Does anyone have a data sheet
on the microphone or can anyone tell me how to get it apart?  The mike also
has a plate indicating it is HI-Z/LO-Z, but I don't see any method of
changing it externally.  Appreciate any information anyone can offer...
