Need advice on applying wrinkle paint

Hi all,

I spent the weekend cutting and drilling a 4x17 chassis for my current
project, a 3 output regulated power supply (because (a) what do you do with
a 4x17 chassis?, and (b) I like the way 6AS7s look), and after mounting all
the parts last night for a final fit check I decided it looked too good to
leave the chassis bare aluminum.  So, I want to try my hand at a black
wrinkle finish.  What's the best and/or easiest way to do this?  How should
the aluminum be cleaned and prepared?
