816 replacements?

Couldn't you just use 3B28 tubes for those too?
(Space permitting that is) - I guess the filament draw might be too
much for the xfmr, but I REALLY like 3B28s after a friend gave me a
couple of them to use in my Valiant!

I use the 816 rectifiers in a P&H Linear amplifier.

What is your application for them, Gary?
