AC hum on HW-101 TX

I recently started getting reports of AC hum on the transmitted signal from
my HW-101.  I immediately suspected the filter caps in the power supply
(they have been in need of changing for some time) so I did a complete
recapping job.  Power supply working fine now, but I'm still getting reports
of AC hum.

Any suggestions on where I should focus my troubleshooting efforts?
