Z5U stands for the ceramic material in the cap.  We use these kind of
capacitors for bypassing where capacitance value is not critical.  You
can check this out on Kemet's web site.  Z5U caps are not used where any
tuned circuit is involved.  The material has a high temperature
coeficient and a high disapation factor.  I don't know about the voltage
rating from the post, unfortunately.
