Eldico SSB-100F output on 10 meters

Would anyone out there have any idea what the output should be with an Eldico
SSB-100F? (5894 final)
I have one that will do 100+ on 40 and 80 meters but only about 40-50 on 10
meters.
Any information will be appreciated.

P.S. I've tried the alignment slugs to no avail.
