Dave check out the 10 meter FM repeaters (29.52/29.62, 29.54/29.64,
29.56/29.66 and 29.5 and 29.6 simplex.  Even with very small blips in the
sun numbers these frequencies become alive.  5 watts is a KiloWatt.
