Help ID Mystery Eimac Tube?

Can anyone help ID this Eimac "mystery tube"?
The base and size are similar to the 4CX250
( for reference ). The tube is marked in pencil on the
ceramic ( though not shown in the scans )
"X2017Z Sample #2" and is similarly engraved on
the flat heatsinked top.
