TBX-2 stuff needed for restoration

I need the following to help complete my restoration of a TBX-2. If you
can help me, surely would appreciate it:

  Canvas Case   CSK-10027A        For TBX or Accessory Box

  Canvas Case   CSK-10029A        For antenna sections

  Antenna Reel  CG-71007          Contains wire antenna

  Generator Cable  CG-49044A

  Would also like to have an original manual
