SORRY Possible correction:

In looking over the crystals for the SPR-4 I believe the one that appeared
to be 6.000 MHz is more likely 3.000 MHz.  That would make more sense with
the apparent 1 MHz difference in the crystal frequency.  The stamping is not
real clear even under a magnifier.
