The item number is A8M-27087 and the price is
2 for $149.97.  These have a leather case, and a morse key.  Page 101 of the catalog. Range 11 to 17 miles.

On page 9 of the same catalog is item A8M-23681 similar phones in canvas cases.  2 for $119.97.  No morse key mentioned.  Range up to 22 miles.
