I asked my ISP to carry it and they replied:

        A check of UUNet shows that alt.binaries.pictures.radio is not
carried...however, a seach of Deja News (to be found at
http://www.dejanews.com/home_ps.shtml) shows that this is indeed a
newsgroup...you can access it there.

        UUNet does carry the newsgroup,
alt.binaries.pictures.radio.control.models...perhaps this is the group you
are referring to?

So, I can't really access it although I 'd like to  Can anything be done
to have this newsgroup carried by UUNet?  Since my ISP carries many of the
alt.binaries.pictures.erotica newsgroups I see no reason why one that
would actually interest me should be available.
