Have you tried Heath?  They regularly run an ad in a semi-obscure rag
called "Nuts & Volts", which reads as follows:

"HEATH COMPANY is selling photocopies of most Heathkit manuals. Only
authorized source for copyright manuals. Phone 616-925-5899, 8-4 ET"
