Hi STeve - 50K and above would be HIGH impedance.

LOW impedance is typically 600 ohms, but may be anywhere from about
50 to 2000 ohms.

Either way, you can match between the two if you HAVE to.
There are transformers, OR you can use a cathode-follower to feed
that high-Z mic  into a LOW-impedance input.
