Definition - List Admin

This message is not to or about anyone in particular.  I have gotten a lot
of e-mail wanting the definition between VSS and BA to be tweaked....in all
directions I might add.

Use the definition I posted as a general guide for posting.  If the exact
box you want to talk about doesn't fit, use a little common sense and post
to the most likely one.  Hell, if in doubt, count the tubes, and post to the
one that fits.  I tried VERY hard to come up with a line that was easy to
determine.  When dealing with rules, if you can figure it out using the
fingers on one hand it will work for everyone.....or should.

Repeat after me....THIS IS A HOBBY, THIS IS A HOBBY, THIS IS A HOBBY.

Okay...thanks for the bandwidth - and if the above sounded a little gruff,
read it again with a smile on your face...it'll sound more like I intended
it.
