TBX parts needed

I am in the process of restoring a TBX-2 and need the following for it:

    Antenna sections  CFM-66022 (3), -66021, -66020 (2), & -66019
    Ground Stake      CFM-66024
    Mike              CAU-51006
    Headset           CTE-49016, CG-49012A and CMO-49104
    Crank Generator   CBF-21263A and cranks

    There may be equal items for above with different numbers.

    Also need transmitter power receptacle (someone relpaced with octal
socket), the antenna connector and headphone pin jacks (all romoved by
previous owner).
