W7FG Vintage Manuals

     I have dealt with these people before without incident, so I can't
     imagine what the heck they are thinking.  There are a few others that
     produce manuals like W7FG ie: using a copying machine.  I just bought
     the full manual for the HF-380 from Surplus Sales....VERY EXPENSIVE,
     but, in looking through it this weekend, I was VERY pleased and
     impressed with the quality.  They have everything published on that
     radio.  So, was it worth more than a $7.00 or whatever manual?  I
     think so.  There are links around to others, or run a search engine
     query on Amateur Radio equipment manuals, and I think you will come up
     with some.  This guy is not the only game in town.

The last time I ordered from W7FG I had sent them $50.00 for some
manuals after a few weeks I called to check on my order and they said
they had lost my check and could not ship the manuals until I proved
they had lost it, so I called my bank and paid for copies of the
cancelled check(front and back) and then was told that they still could
not ship because they had NO RECORD of them depositing the check. So I
do not send money to W7FG Vintage manuals any more. Any other ideas?????
