Greetings,

Having a complete SB line w/accesories, A vintage drake and several other oldies but
goodies (that came without books!) I have ordered MANY manuals from W7FG and have had no
problem with any of them. Found them to be helpful, courteous, and affable.
Delivery was within expected timeperiods. Clarity of copy was acceptable to excellent.
Bindings well done and folded flat on table. No difficulties with financials and such,
although remember this, these folks are people and a home based business. Not that that
is an excuse, but understand they have bad days as well as we do, so let's not be too
quick to throw mud. (People living in glass houses shouldn't toss stones....) I've dealt
with BIG corporate places of high repute and had problems too.  I've also bought manuals
from other places as well and received what I paid for and am happy.
