Epoxy.  The clear kind, not JB Weld or anything containing metal.  I
recently aquired a 32V2 with broken plate tuning cap.  If you can fit it
back together enough that the rotor & stator will mesh properly, epoxy into
the cracks and build up some on the surface for strength.  Of course, make
certain the ceramic is very clean first....The V2 on the air with no problems,
so suspect the RF properties of the stuff is OK
