HBR receiver

Iam attempting to build a receiver which appeared in the October 1959 issue
of QST. It is called  a HBR16 by Ted Crosby W6TC.
I am looking for the IF, BFO transformers and  1700 khz crystal. Miller
numbers are 612-M1 (2 reqd) and #012-M5 ( 1 reqd)
I would be interested in a partially built or complete unit or talking to
someone who is also building this rx from the past.
