Actually 101 is 100 pf.  100 would be 10 pf.  You are 100 % on 1000 pf
it should be 102. And 1000 pf is 0.001uf.  Another is if memory serves
that 1R0 is 1 pf.  Unfortunately there has been more than one way of
marking the values of capacitors over the years.  This system of marking
is probably the most widely used right now. Some military tantalum's are
especially tough.  It seems they just put a number on them and you have
to look them up in the spec or a copy of it's table to figure it out.
