Rip Off Warning

Beware of doing business with Ronald Lessa  Rlessa1123 at aol.com.
On January 8th of this year I sent him $125.00 for a National
NC-173.  I got the canceled check back two months ago.  He
acknowledged receipt of the check and promised to ship and
provide the tracking number.  That's the last I ever heard from him.
He does not answer e-mail and I have been unable to get a telephone
number from long distance information.
His address is:

After 3 months I can only assume that he is a deadbeat and start
legal proceedings.
